What the calculators are, and are not
Yieldlark calculators do arithmetic on the numbers you enter and show an estimate. They are not investment, tax, legal or mortgage advice, and a result is not a recommendation to buy, sell, hold or finance anything. Tax rules, rates and lender tests change and depend on your circumstances; where a page shows a rule, it names the official source and the date we read it, and where we are not sure the figure is an input that you must fill in. Check important numbers with the official source, a qualified adviser and your lender before you act.
What you make with the tools
The results, tables and exports you produce are yours to use for any purpose, including commercial use and reports for clients. You may not copy, resell, mirror or repackage the site, its code or its calculators as a competing service, or use automated tools to copy the site in bulk or to overload it.
No warranty
We test the calculators against independently worked examples, but mistakes can happen. The site is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss arising from use of the site or from decisions based on its results. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Content and licences
The site’s design, text and code are © Yieldlark (yieldlark.com). Third-party material is listed with its licence on the credits page, and that licence applies to it.
Advertising and third-party services
The site may show advertising and may use visit statistics. These are described in the privacy policy. We are not responsible for the content of other websites we link to.
Changes and contact
We may update the site and these terms at any time; the date below the title shows the latest change. Questions: support@yieldlark.com. Nothing in these terms limits the consumer rights you have under the law of your own country.
